Academic degree / Prerequisites: Master's degree in Educational Sciences, Psychology, or Sociology with high marks
English language proficiency: French C1 (DALF C1) and working English proficiency
Standardized testing (GRE/GMAT): Not required
Thesis / Research statement: Master's thesis and 6-page research proposal on pedagogical innovation or learning cognition
Recommendation letters: Two academic referee letters from university professors

Financial support / stipend: Salaried doctoral assistant contract (approx. 65,000–72,000 CHF/year for 4 years)
Application fee: 150 CHF
Tuition / joining costs: 500 CHF/semester (offset by university research contract)
