Academic degree / Prerequisites: Master's degree in Educational Science, Psychology, Sociology, or Subject Didactics with honors
English language proficiency: German C1 or English C1 level
Standardized testing (GRE/GMAT): Not required
Thesis / Research statement: Master's thesis and 6-page research proposal addressing classroom dynamics or learning psychology
Recommendation letters: Two academic referee letters from university professors

Financial support / stipend: Salaried doctoral assistant position (approx. 68,000–76,000 CHF/year for 4 years)
Application fee: 100 CHF
Tuition / joining costs: 720 CHF/semester (fully covered by research contract)
