Academic degree / Prerequisites: Completed higher education degree with Dutch grade 6.5 or better
English language proficiency: Dutch C1 (Staatsexamen NT2-II)
Standardized testing (GRE/GMAT): Not required
Thesis / Research statement: Strategic policy paper on municipal climate adaptation or participatory budgeting
Recommendation letters: Municipal secretary or department director recommendation

Tuition / joining costs: €14,800 total MPA tuition (fully reimbursed by public sector employer)
