- High school diploma with minimum 75/100 and qualifying ISEE Universitario financial indicator.
- English language proficiency
- Italian language fluency (B2/C1).
- Standardized testing (GRE/GMAT)
- Standardized testing not required for Italian ITS academies.
- Thesis / Research statement
- Personal statement detailing dedication to sustainable viticulture and smart agrifood supply chains.
- Recommendation letters
- Two academic letters of evaluation from secondary school instructors.

- Full regional grant: up to €5,200 annual living stipend, free canteen meals, and 100% tuition refund
