Academic degree / Prerequisites: BSN or Master's in Nursing with grade average >= 3.3/4.0 and licensed registered nurse status
English language proficiency: Japanese JLPT N1 proficiency
Standardized testing (GRE/GMAT): Not required
Thesis / Research statement: Research plan (3,000 characters in Japanese), CV, and clinical nursing portfolio
Recommendation letters: 2 letters of recommendation
