- Top 5-10% of graduating bachelor's cohort in Engineering, Physics, or Nanotechnology
- English language proficiency
- IELTS 6.5 (minimum 5.5 in each section) or TOEFL iBT 90
- Standardized testing (GRE/GMAT)

- Thesis / Research statement
- CV, academic transcripts, scholarship motivation statement, and proof of degree
- Recommendation letters
- 2 academic letters of recommendation
