- Secondary school graduation average >= 7.0/10 (Dutch Havo/Vwo or international equivalent)
- English language proficiency
- Dutch NT2-II or English IELTS 6.0 for international exchange tracks
- Standardized testing (GRE/GMAT)

- Thesis / Research statement
- Proof of secondary education, motivation essay detailing healthcare values, and resume
- Recommendation letters
- 1 letter of recommendation from school mentor or community volunteer supervisor
