Academic degree / Prerequisites: Bachelor's degree in public administration, sociology, political science, or related discipline with grade 7.5+ or top 15%
English language proficiency: IELTS 7.0 overall (minimum 6.5 in all bands)

Thesis / Research statement: Sample academic research paper, curriculum vitae, and letter of motivation
Recommendation letters: Two academic reference letters evaluating empirical research aptitude
