Academic degree / Prerequisites: Bachelor's degree in engineering or economics with above-average grades
English language proficiency: IELTS 6.5 overall (minimum 6.0 in each sub-score)

Thesis / Research statement: At least two years of professional work experience in energy or environment; motivation essay
Recommendation letters: One academic and one current employer recommendation
