- Enrolled full-time in UTP Stage II with a minimum semester GPA of 3.8/4.0
- English language proficiency
- Direct-entry English satisfied upon admission
- Standardized testing (GRE/GMAT)

- Demonstrated peer tutoring and active involvement in ICM student leadership
- Recommendation letters
- Faculty lecturer endorsement
