- GCE A-Levels (minimum 2 subjects passed) or recognized international high school leaving certificate with good grades in math/science
- English language proficiency
- IELTS 5.5 overall with no component below 5.5 (or CEFR B2 equivalent)

- 500-word personal statement outlining motivation to study in Oxford
