- High school diploma or bachelor's degree with equivalent GPA of 3.0 or higher
- English language proficiency
- IELTS 6.5 overall (minimum 6.0 in all bands) or TOEFL iBT 85
- Standardized testing (GRE/GMAT)

- Thesis / Research statement
- 750-word personal essay on global multilateral diplomacy in resolving contemporary geopolitical conflicts
- Recommendation letters
- Two academic or diplomatic letters of recommendation
