- Academic degree / Prerequisites
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent managerial track record (minimum 3 years management experience).
- English language proficiency
- IELTS 7.0 overall (minimum 6.5 in all bands) or native English.
- Standardized testing (GRE/GMAT)
- Not required; evaluated on leadership track record and executive admissions interview.
- Thesis / Research statement
- 1,000-word essay on transformative leadership and sustainable business governance.
- Recommendation letters
- Two professional reference letters from senior executives or board directors.
