- Enrolled master's or PhD student in Architecture or Industrial Design with GPA 3.3+.
- English language proficiency
- English C1 or Japanese N2.
- Standardized testing (GRE/GMAT)

- Thesis / Research statement
- Portfolio, CV, and statement of research project on northern urban spaces.
- Recommendation letters
- Two faculty recommendations.
