Academic degree / Prerequisites: Enrolled or accepted candidate in Tohoku Graduate School of Medicine doctoral program.
English language proficiency: Fluent academic English.
Standardized testing (GRE/GMAT): Not required.
Thesis / Research statement: Doctoral research protocol, peer-reviewed publication list, CV, and mentor statement.
Recommendation letters: Two academic endorsements.
